Whether you're training for your first 10K or aiming to shave minutes off your triathlon time, a lactate test helps you tailor your training zones to your body’s real performance.

  • The full testing process takes about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the sport (bike or run). You'll complete a step-by-step test while small blood samples are taken from your earlobe. After the test, you’ll receive a personalized report with zones, thresholds, and coaching advice based on your results.

  • Just bring your race data (GPS watch or app data), any notes about how you felt during the race, and your current training plan if you have one. We’ll take care of the rest.
