  • The Duathlon program requires a minimum one-year commitment. This duration allows us to effectively build your endurance and strength, supporting progressive improvements in your performance.

  • For the personal strength program, we start with a Redcord analysis to analyze your strength level and imbalances. The basic plan provides general workouts for home or gym.

  • Absolutely! HYAT organizes regular community rides where members come together to ride, share experiences, and support each other. It’s a great way to connect with other cyclists, find motivation, and enjoy the camaraderie of the HYAT community.

  • A Redcord analysis is a test to identify and address any weak muscle groups that may be impacting your performance or increasing injury risk. Based on this analysis, we then create a personalized strength plan to help you build a more balanced and resilient foundation, improving overall athletic performance and reducing the likelihood of injury.
