Train up to 3 days per week with a personalized running plan. Includes 2 lactate tests, a strength program to prevent injuries, and online progress feedback every 3 months.
 

HYAT Running Year Advanced
Train up to 4 days per week with structured sessions. Includes 3 lactate tests, running & Redcord analysis, 2 race pace tests, and the HYAT Strength Program for injury prevention.
 

HYAT Running Year Pro
Unlimited personalized training sessions with 4 lactate tests, full movement analysis, 3 race pace tests, and a strength program targeting weak points. Track progress with regular feedback every 3 months.

Delphine is a driven runner with a love for adventure and endurance. From marathons in Greenland to ultra trails in Morocco, she knows what it means to push limits. With over 5 years of experience, her mission is to help others grow stronger—physically and mentally—and discover what they’re truly capable of.

His goal is to help athletes find joy in running, build a strong foundation, and train with intention. For Levin, HYAT is more than just coaching—it’s a community that motivates, supports, and pushes you forward.

Meet Dries, our head swim coach

 

With an impressive background as a 15-time Belgian champion and international finalist, Dries brings both top-level experience and a deep passion for coaching to the pool. Whether you're just starting out or aiming to fine-tune your technique, he knows how to help you grow. His coaching combines structure, technical insight and infectious enthusiasm—making every session both effective and fun.

Meet Mark, our swim coach
 

Empathic, passionate and always ready to help—Mark is the heart of our swim sessions. You’ll find him at nearly all our group trainings, where he guides swimmers with patience, personal attention and a big smile. He creates the swim plans for our beginners and makes sure everyone feels confident in the water. His mission? Helping each athlete grow, no matter their level. We're proud to have such a dedicated and kind soul on the HYAT team.

Meet Sisay, our running coach

 

With marathon times under 2h25 and years of dedication to the sport, Sisay knows what it takes to chase big goals. As a former HYAT athlete, he’s now back—this time as a coach—to help others reach their full potential. Friendly, passionate, and detail-oriented, Sisay brings positive energy to every training. His mission? Guiding runners of all levels to grow with purpose and joy. We’re proud to have him back in the HYAT family.
