His coaching style is not only focused on developing physical endurance but also strength, mental resilience, and nutritional optimization.

Delphine Verbiest

Meet Delphine, our running coach.

 

Delphine is a driven runner with a love for adventure and endurance. From marathons in Greenland to ultra trails in Morocco, she knows what it means to push limits. With over 5 years of experience, her mission is to help others grow stronger—physically and mentally—and discover what they’re truly capable of.

Levin is a passionate runner who turned his interest for self-improvement into a mission to help others grow. His goal is to help athletes find joy in running, build a strong foundation, and train with intention. For Levin, HYAT is more than just coaching—it’s a community that motivates, supports, and pushes you forward.

Meet Dries, our head swim coach

 

With an impressive background as a 15-time Belgian champion and international finalist, Dries brings both top-level experience and a deep passion for coaching to the pool. Whether you're just starting out or aiming to fine-tune your technique, he knows how to help you grow. His coaching combines structure, technical insight and infectious enthusiasm—making every session both effective and fun.

Mark

Meet Mark, our swim coach
 

Empathic, passionate and always ready to help—Mark is the heart of our swim sessions. You’ll find him at nearly all our group trainings, where he guides swimmers with patience, personal attention and a big smile. He creates the swim plans for our beginners and makes sure everyone feels confident in the water. His mission? Helping each athlete grow, no matter their level. We're proud to have such a dedicated and kind soul on the HYAT team.

Meet Sisay, our running coach

 

With marathon times under 2h25 and years of dedication to the sport, Sisay knows what it takes to chase big goals. As a former HYAT athlete, he’s now back—this time as a coach—to help others reach their full potential. Friendly, passionate, and detail-oriented, Sisay brings positive energy to every training. His mission? Guiding runners of all levels to grow with purpose and joy. We’re proud to have him back in the HYAT family.

With a background in physiotherapy and his fascination for endurance sports, he knows how to push limits and aim for new PB's. His goal is to make you embrace the journey—not just the results. Consistency, balance and having fun are key elements in his coaching.
