Our personal training sessions are fully customized to help you reach your unique goals, whether you're looking to increase speed, build strength, or just get moving.
Sessions can be held at your home or in the gym, ensuring flexibility that fits your lifestyle. We support individuals of all levels—from those aiming to improve performance to beginners looking to start their fitness journey. Each session is priced at €55 / session (excl VAT).
One session is one hour with an active training duration of 45 minutes. If you choose a 10-session pass, you get 1 session free! Join us and make steady progress toward your goals.
Do I need to commit to a long-term program?
While we offer one-time sessions, we recommend a longer-term approach to see the best results.
What should I expect during my first personal training session?
In your first session, your coach will conduct an assessment to understand your fitness level, goals, and any specific needs or limitations. This helps us create a program that’s personal to you.
Is nutrition guidance included in personal training?
While our focus is on physical training, our coaches can offer basic nutritional guidance to support your fitness goals. For more in-depth nutrition plans, we work together with a dedicated nutritionist.
