  • 10-session pass = 1 free session

  • €70 per session (excl. VAT)

  • 45 min active training | 1h total

  • 📍 Based in Antwerp – flexible training locations

  • While our focus is on physical training, our coaches can offer basic nutritional guidance to support your fitness goals. For more in-depth nutrition plans, we work together with a dedicated nutritionist.
