The HYAT triathlon programs provide a balanced training approach that builds strength, endurance, and efficiency across all three disciplines.

Our coaching starts with an in-depth assessment of your current athletic condition, goals, and experience level. From there, we create a fully customized plan that addresses your strengths and areas for growth, helping you build confidence and resilience in the water, on the bike, and on the run.
Throughout the program, our coaches provide continuous support, regular performance evaluations, and adjustments tailored to your needs, ensuring you’re always on track.

Our triathlon program is designed with a minimum commitment of one year, recognizing that real progress in triathlon requires both consistency and dedication. We do have a 12-week program option for experienced triathletes who want extra guidance toward a specific race goal.

Why is the triathlon program a minimum of one year?
Triathlon training requires time and consistency to develop strength, endurance, and technique across all three disciplines. A one-year commitment allows us to create a structured training plan that adapts to your progress, ensuring lasting results and a solid foundation for race success.
Do I need prior experience in all three sports to join the triathlon program?
Not necessarily! Our triathlon coaching is personalized, so whether you’re a beginner in one area or have experience across all three, we’ll tailor the program to meet your current skill level and build up your confidence and progression in each discipline.
Are group training sessions available for triathlon members?
If you sign up to HYAT Team on top of your HYAT C, you get access to all group training sessions we organize.
