Our coaches track your progress through periodic performance tests. Beyond individualized coaching, we also organize community rides, giving you the chance to connect with other cyclists.

How is my cycling training program delivered?
We use the TrainingPeaks app to deliver and manage all cycling programs. Through TrainingPeaks, your coach schedules your workouts, tracks your progress, and provides feedback, allowing you to stay on course and make adjustments as needed.
Are performance tests part of the cycling program?
Yes, periodic performance tests are included in the Year and Year Pro programs to track your progress and make adjustments to your training intensity, ensuring your program evolves with your capabilities and goals.
Are there group rides or community events for cyclists?
Absolutely! HYAT organizes regular community rides where members come together to ride, share experiences, and support each other. It’s a great way to connect with other cyclists, find motivation, and enjoy the camaraderie of the HYAT community.
What is a redcord analysis?
A Redcord analysis is a test to identify and address any weak muscle groups that may be impacting your performance or increasing injury risk. Based on this analysis, we then create a personalized strength plan to help you build a more balanced and resilient foundation, improving overall athletic performance and reducing the likelihood of injury.
What is the difference between the basic and personal strength program?
For the personal strength program, we start with a Redcord analysis to analyze your strength level and imbalances. The basic plan provides general workouts for home or gym.
