FAQ

  • We use the TrainingPeaks app to deliver your program, allowing us to schedule all your training sessions in one easy-to-access place. Through TrainingPeaks, you can track your progress, receive updates, and stay connected with your coach, ensuring you’re always on track.

  • Yes, we require a lactate test as part of every running program to create a plan that’s precisely suited to your fitness level. This test allows us to set personalized training zones, optimize your sessions, and track improvements accurately over time.

  • Our coaches have weekly check-in moments and we organize a monthly feedback call to analyze the progression. For those on a yearly plan, follow-up lactate tests are also included every 12 weeks to evaluate your development and fine-tune your program for maximum performance improvement.

  • For the personal strength program, we start with a Redcord analysis to analyze your strength level and imbalances. The basic plan provides general workouts for home or gym.
