Every HYAT Coaching running program starts with a lactate test, enabling us to create a fully personalized training plan based on your unique performance profile. Choose from flexible subscription options, including monthly or yearly plans, to match your commitment level and goals.
With a yearly subscription, you’ll receive a free intake lactate test and follow-up tests to track your progress and refine your training. How is the running program shared?
We use the TrainingPeaks app to deliver your program, allowing us to schedule all your training sessions in one easy-to-access place. Through TrainingPeaks, you can track your progress, receive updates, and stay connected with your coach, ensuring you’re always on track.
Is a lactate test required for every running program?
Yes, we require a lactate test as part of every running program to create a plan that’s precisely suited to your fitness level. This test allows us to set personalized training zones, optimize your sessions, and track improvements accurately over time.
How often will I have check-ins with my coach?
Our coaches have weekly check-in moments and we organize a monthly feedback call to analyze the progression. For those on a yearly plan, follow-up lactate tests are also included every 12 weeks to evaluate your development and fine-tune your program for maximum performance improvement.
What is the difference between the basic and personal strength program?
For the personal strength program, we start with a Redcord analysis to analyze your strength level and imbalances. The basic plan provides general workouts for home or gym.
