Our small group training is designed for a small group (min. 3 individuals) of friends, colleagues, or teams who want to work out together in a fun and motivating environment.

At the beginning of the program, we will have a consultation to understand your objectives, and from there, we will create a customized training plan that aligns with your group’s fitness level and goals. These sessions combine the benefits of personalized coaching with the energy and camaraderie of group training.
Each session costs €85 (excl VAT). If you choose for a 10-session pass, you get 1 session for free! Training can be held in the gym, at your home, at the office, or even outdoors, providing flexibility to fit your group’s preferences and schedule.
With how many people do we have to be for the HYAT small group training?
The minimum is three participants per group.
I’m alone but would like to train in a group. Can I still join?
Yes! If you’d like the motivation of training in a group, our coaches can help place you in an existing group session with others.
What types of training are included in the small group sessions?
Small group sessions can cover a range of training types, including endurance, strength, and technique-focused workouts. Each session is adjusted to the group’s goals and abilities.
